GENERAL PROVISIONS
The sales conditions (hereinafter referred to as the terms) of the Nebula Tech online store apply to purchases made from the online shopping environment located at nebulatech.ee (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop).
The conditions apply to legal relationships that arise between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the e-shop, DO IT WELL OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), when purchasing goods.
In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of goods through the e-shop are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of use and prices of the e-shop. The Seller will notify of the changes on the website nebulatech.ee. If the Customer placed an order before the changes came into effect, the terms and prices valid at the time of purchase will apply.
PRICE OF GOODS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All prices of e-shop products have 0% VAT and are presented in euros.
The prices published in the e-shop at the time of placing the order apply to the customer.
Exceptions: in cases where the incorrect price of the product was published due to a technical error or malfunction or when the Customer should have understood that it was a mistake. Example: price of a product is 0.00 EUR.
As a rule, the products of the e-shop are available in the Seller’s warehouse. Product availability cannot be guaranteed as stock levels may be incorrect due to technical issues.
Depending on the delivery service chosen by the Customer and the amount of the purchase, a shipping fee may be added to the price of the product.
The product’s page contains general information describing the product.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed in the e-shop by logging in as a registered user or as an anonymous Customer.
The customer selects a product or products in the e-shop and adds them to the shopping cart.
The customer enters the required data and chooses the method of delivery.
The customer checks the correctness of the shopping cart, then confirms the shopping cart.
If the Customer clicks on the preferred payment method, the Customer agrees to the Seller’s purchase conditions and the Customer is directed to make the payment.
The customer pays for the order in the payment environment.
After making the payment, the Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation by e-mail.
PAYMENT METHODS
For purchases made in the e-shop, the Customer pays 100% of the goods in advance.
Payment is made in euros.
The order can be paid securely using Estonian bank links.
Payment is made outside the e-shop, in the secure internet environment of Montonio Finance OÜ. The seller does not have access to the Customer’s bank and credit card data.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Within the Republic of Estonia:
Nebula Tech delivers the goods purchased from the e-shop within Estonia within 1-4 working days.
Possible delivery services:
Omniva parcel machine, Venipak parcel machine, Unisend parcel machine.
Delivery is free for purchases ordered to the parcel machine, the amount of which exceeds €60. If the Customer wants to pick up the order from the parcel machine and more than one item has been ordered, the order may reach the Customer in several shipments. Shipments may arrive at the parcel machine on different days.
Outside the Republic of Estonia:
Seller does not currently offer this as a service.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and exchange the ordered product/products or return them in full.
In order to return the products, a withdrawal statement must be submitted to the Seller within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods. In the event that it is not possible to return the goods within the 14th day, the Seller must be informed of the cancellation request by e-mail, sending exact information to info@nebulatech.ee.
The prerequisite for returning and exchanging the product is a completely unused and complete product that still has all the original labels, original packaging and other documents that came with the shipment. Also, the product must be packaged in the same way as it was when it arrived – all accessories installed to protect the product must not be removed.
The customer has the right to inspect the product in a manner that is allowed in a regular store, and the customer is responsible for the damage caused while inspecting the product, if as a result of inspecting the product it has suffered damage that reduces its value.
In the event that the use of the goods during the trial period exceeds the scope of a reasonable time for familiarization, or if the returned goods are not in a similar condition to new similar goods, then the Seller has the right to unilaterally deduct compensation corresponding to the decrease in the value of the goods from the amount to be returned to the Customer, the extent of which is determined based on the value of the returned product the extent of possible reduction. The amount of compensation will be notified to the Client as soon as possible after confirmation of its determination.
Products can be exchanged and returned:

If the Customer has withdrawn from the transaction, the Seller will return the purchase amount to the Customer along with the delivery service fee as soon as possible, but no later than within the 14th calendar day from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request to the Seller. The refund will be made to the same account from which the purchase was originally paid.
SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS
The customer has the right to submit a claim for the paid product or service if its quality does not meet the promised, and within 1 year from the date of receiving the goods. The customer is obliged to inform the seller about the problem with the goods as soon as possible and no later than after the 2nd month.
The seller is not responsible for damages caused by the non-intended use of the ordered product.
The Seller is not responsible for damage or any other consequences caused by incorrect data provided by the Customer during the execution of the order, incl. for a delay in delivery if it is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
To submit a claim, you must write to info@nebulatech.ee. In the claim, it is necessary to indicate the Customer’s contact details, a precise description of the problem, the date of submission of the document and attach a document proving the purchase.
The Seller shall respond to a written complaint within 15 days at the latest. If the Seller is unable to resolve the complaint within this time, the Customer will be notified in writing and a new reasonable time limit will be set.
Disagreements between the Customer and the Seller will be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the Customer has the right to submit a petition to Tarbijakaitse (Endla 10A, 10112, Tallinn) for an out-of-court settlement of the dispute or to Harju County Court.
